Founder-led content for Luonai Art, reviving an existing account through the artist’s experience, Qiaotou’s historic streets and local cultural issues.
The Luonai Art founder-brand project did not begin with a new account. As confirmed by the project team, it involved an existing account with a posting history but a long period of low activity. The first task was not simply to post more often. It was to answer three questions again: who is this person, what has he been doing over time, and why would local audiences want to hear from him?
Reintroducing the person behind a low-activity account
We used “Luonai’s Life in Art” as the central editorial idea, connecting his artistic experience and beliefs with real settings such as Qiaotou’s historic arcade street and the art museum. Rather than immediately promoting a brand or works of art, the content introduced a person with a long-standing commitment to art, then drew audiences into his professional world through specific places, changes and viewpoints.

The first video opened a route to local audiences
The first key video after the restart made a clear breakthrough. User-authorised analytics screenshots recorded 25,283 views, a 19.65% completion rate, an average viewing time of 28.33 seconds, a 75.41% rate of viewing beyond three seconds, and 81 new followers. For a previously low-activity account, these figures indicated an effective connection between the person, the setting and a local subject.

These figures describe only the performance of that individual video at the time shown in the authorised screenshot. They do not promise followers, views, enquiries or commercial conversions for other accounts.
By the fourth video, online attention reached local media
According to the project team, a local television station independently visited to conduct an interview around the publication of the fourth video. The interview should not be attributed to viewing figures alone. More significantly, the continuing personal stories connected the founder’s art practice, Qiaotou’s arcade-street cultural space and local public issues in a way that media could understand and report.
From one successful video to ongoing content
After the initial breakthrough, the account continued developing topics around Qiaotou’s historic arcade street, the art museum, cultural conservation, spatial renovation and the founder’s views. Authorised screenshots show several related videos achieving thousands to tens of thousands of views, gradually establishing a consistent structure connecting a person, a place and cultural issues.

Connecting the founder’s experience with subjects that matter to the public
The value of this case extends beyond a single rise in views. It demonstrates a content approach suited to culture, art, tourism and local brands: let a real person carry long-term experience, use real places as the setting, and connect both with public issues that give audiences a reason to pay attention.
If you are taking over a low-activity account or developing sustained personal content for a company founder, artist, tourism operator or local brand, RAY STUDIO can help with positioning, topic planning, on-camera presentation and the account’s content programme. Submit a website project brief with the person’s background, sector, current account status and proposed publishing schedule.
